The Way Community Church is a community of imperfect people learning to follow the way of Jesus together through practicing compassion, curiosity, generosity, and humility.

Developing a welcoming environment where diverse people can connect and explore the way of Jesus in community.
Intentionally practicing the way of Jesus as we show up for each other and the larger community.
Submitting to the guidance of the Holy Spirit through prayer individually and in community.
Values
Compassion
In practicing compassion, we feel with one another and lead with love. Every person has a story, and those stories include areas of brokenness and hurt. In compassion, we are moved to act in love for one another’s healing and restoration.
Curiosity
In practicing curiosity, we are always willing to learn as we pursue truth together. We welcome questions, challenge our assumptions, and let go of the need for certainty.
Generosity
In practicing generosity, we use what we have in a way that honors God and is beneficial to others. This includes all of our resources: our time, our money, our skills, and our experiences. We also recognize that we have limits, so we listen to the Holy Spirit to discern individually and as a community where those resources should be given.
Humility
In practicing humility, we recognize that we are all imperfect so we trust and rely on the Holy Spirit for our own growth and to work in the lives of others. We avoid judgment and listen to understand instead of attempting to control or change others. We are committed to our own inner work with Jesus to address obstacles to following the way of Jesus.
